Your thoughts are super powerful. What you think about matters. If you are thinking about things that make you upset or sad, then you will probably feel pretty upset. If you think about things that make you happy or laugh, then you will probably be in a good mood. And if you think about all the great things about yourself, you will probably feel pretty great. So today, make it a goal to think about all the amazing things that you love about yourself and all the blessings in your life. If you focus on all the good, you will keep seeing all the good in yourself and others around you! And there is a lot of good to see in you!
