Praise God…that the door will be opened to us.

““Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” -Matthew 7:7 NLT

  The way isn’t blocked or locked to us. We don’t need a secret password or special key to get to where we need to be. Jesus is with us and He is the Way. Our continual relationship with Him, through faith, prayer, and reading the Scriptures is the way that the doors in our lives get opened. This doesn’t mean that every single desire we pray for will be given to us, what it means is that when we are truly seeking Him, He will open the doors for us. But this also doesn’t mean that whatever we desire will be open to us because not everything we desire is what’s best for us. When we genuinely seek the Lord, what we desire begins to line up with the doors He wants to open for us. God has plans, ways, and paths for us to travel and experience that never even crossed our minds before. He knows what He has for us, and as we grow in our relationship with Him, we begin to see that what we seek is found in Him. He is the door and He is always open to us, and that is worthy of our praise.

  God, today we praise You that You open the doors for us. We praise You that as we keep on seeking, You are always there to be found. We praise You that the path that You have for us is never locked or blocked to Your plan. Through the way-making name of Jesus, we praise You.
