Praise God…that He is our ally.

“He is my loving ally and my fortress, my tower of safety, my rescuer. He is my shield, and I take refuge in him. He makes the nations submit to me.” -Psalms 144:2 NLT

  God’s love can be an amazing comfort to us, especially when we are going through hard times. To know that no matter what we have to endure, or how long we have to persevere, we still get a loving God who is our ally. Facing tough situations, while knowing that we have an ally that knows what we are going through, can help us hold on to hope that He will somehow get us through. When we have times where we question if anyone on this earth truly loves us, we can know the answer is a resounding yes because of who He is. When we wonder if anyone has our backs, again the answer is yes because He is our ally. He may not always approve of every decision we make, but He is always on our side, leading us back to the right path for us. We can make it through whatever comes our way because our heavenly Father will always be close beside us, which is worthy of all our praise.

  God, today we praise You that You are our loving ally. We praise You for the love You pour out on us even though it may be hard to see sometimes. We praise You that Your love is never-ending and never-failing. Your love for us is enough. Through the never-ending name of Jesus, we praise You.
